Mule is a subscription service for workspaces. It’s built around a wall-mounted collection of twelve handpicked postcards featuring interesting places, events and experiences.

Displayed in shared spaces, the collection gives people something to browse, pick up and talk about. Each one is shaped by the location and character of the workspace, with different cards catching different people.

New postcards arrive by post every week, keeping the collection current and gradually changing with the seasons – with zero operator effort.

Remote and hybrid working permanently reshaped how people interact. Teams became more distributed, routines changed and many of the informal moments around work disappeared.

Now people are being asked to come back in the name of culture and community, but simply putting people back in the same space hasn’t recreated what was lost.
